Roles and Responsibilities Manage suppliers, including sourcing new ones, negotiating prices, and ensuring timely delivery of products. Oversee stock management processes to maintain accurate inventory levels and minimize waste. Coordinate with design teams to ensure product development meets quality standards and brand requirements. Analyze sales data to forecast demand and optimize production schedules for maximum efficiency. 4-7 years of experience in garment merchandising or a related field. Strong understanding of apparel industry trends, fabrics, and manufacturing processes.
