Job Summary:

Drive high-value retail sales for Jaquar’s premium bath fittings and lighting collections. Lead store operations, achieve targets, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

· Achieve and exceed sales targets for luxury bath and lighting products.

· Manage store operations, visual merchandising, and customer relationships.

· Utilize DMS software for daily reporting, inventory, and sales tracking.

· Train and guide the store team to maintain brand standards.

Requirements:

· Freshers or experienced professionals from any sales background.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Comfortable with computers (MS Office, email) and quick to learn new software.

· Target-driven with a customer-centric approach.
