Drive high-value retail sales for Jaquar's premium bath fittings and lighting collections. Lead store operations, achieve targets, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Achieve and exceed sales targets for luxury bath and lighting products.
Manage store operations, visual merchandising, and customer relationships.
Utilize DMS software for daily reporting, inventory, and sales tracking.
Train and guide the store team to maintain brand standards.
Freshers or experienced professionals from any sales background.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with computers (MS Office, email) and quick to learn new software.
Target-driven with a customer-centric approach.
Salary: ?25,000 ?35,000 per month + performance incentives.
