Store Manager for Jewellery Showroom

Job Title: Store Manager cum Salesperson Location: Ornate Jewels, Kota Job Summary: Ornate Jewels is seeking a passionate and results-driven Store Manager cum Salesperson to oversee our showroom operations in Kota. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional customer service, manage daily store activities, and achieve sales targets, contributing to the growth and reputation of Ornate Jewels. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers, offering a warm and personalized shopping experience. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of gold and diamond jewellery to effectively guide customer choices. Lead and motivate the showroom team to achieve monthly sales targets. Maintain showroom appearance, cleanliness, and adherence to Ornate Jewels’ brand standards. Manage stock levels, product tagging, and coordinate with the purchase and accounts departments for stock management and making charges. Ensure compliance with security protocols to safeguard high-value merchandise. Handle billing, cash transactions, and daily sales reporting with accuracy. Organize local promotional activities and collaborate with the marketing team to attract footfall. Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate in any discipline; a diploma or certification in retail management or sales is preferred. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in jewellery retail, luxury retail, or a related field. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Familiarity with showroom sales processes and inventory management systems.
