Store Manager (Female)

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Retail Executive to oversee sales operations, lead a retail team, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. The role involves driving store performance, training junior staff, managing inventory, and meeting sales targets while maintaining brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the retail sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to junior executives.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and brand loyalty.
• Handle high-value customers, escalations, and complex sales queries.
• Monitor store performance, analyze sales data, and suggest improvement strategies.
• Oversee visual merchandising, product displays, and store cleanliness.
• Manage inventory levels, restocking, and liaise with suppliers.
• Implement promotional campaigns and track their effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and customer service guidelines.
• Prepare sales reports and present to management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of proven experience in retail sales.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
