Job Description

Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day outlet operations. Manage staff schedules, training, and performance. Maintain hygiene, quality, and service consistency. Handle inventory, stock levels, and vendor coordination. Manage daily sales, cash, and reports. Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any on-ground issues. Requirements 1–2 years of experience in a QSR, café, or restaurant (KFC, Dominos, Pizza hut etc) Strong leadership and communication skills. Basic knowledge of POS systems and order handling.
