Job Description

Key Deliverables:

Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with Airtel SOPs, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and adherence to brand standards.
Drive store revenue and maintain cost efficiency by tracking transactions, optimizing budgets, and implementing loss prevention measures.
Deliver excellent in-store customer experience by resolving issues promptly and ensuring knowledgeable assistance.
Monitor and report on KPIs to senior management, enabling informed decisions on store performance and improvement areas.
Prepare store for formal launches and manage transitions during refits or conversions.

Role Responsibilities:

Supervise and guide store staff, ensuring effective performance management, coaching, and training on sales techniques and product knowledge.
Collaborate with marketing, HR, and finance teams to align store initiatives with broader organizational objectives.
Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty by implementing customer-centric processes and upholding service excellence.
Ensure inventory control, coordinate with supply chain for product availability, and conduct regular stock audits.
Maintain a secure store environment through effective implementation of safety and asset protection measures.
