Role Description

This full-time, on-site Store Manager cum Optometrist role is based in Bengaluru. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day store operations, performing eye examinations with precision, and offering expert advice to customers regarding their eyewear needs. You will oversee store sales performance, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain high service standards. Additionally, the role involves supervising staff, maintaining inventory, and adhering to retail procedures to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively address customer needs and lead a team.
• Proven experience in Store Management and Retail operational oversight.
• Familiarity with Retail Loss Prevention practices to safeguard store assets.
• Relevant qualifications and experience in optometry, including the ability to perform accurate eye examinations.
• Leadership abilities, teamwork, and an aptitude for problem-solving in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Knowledge of eyewear products and a passion for eye care are highly desirable.
