Store Manager (Cafe)

1. Operations Management

• Supervise daily café operations to ensure smooth functioning.
• Monitor quality, cleanliness, and service standards at all times.
• Maintain stock levels and oversee inventory control, ordering, and vendor coordination.
• Ensure adherence to company SOPs and brand standards.

2. Sales & Profitability

• Achieve monthly sales and cost control targets.
• Implement promotional activities to boost sales.
• Analyze daily sales reports and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage wastage, pilferage, and operational expenses efficiently.

3. Team Management

• Recruit, train, and motivate café staff.
• Prepare staff duty rosters and manage attendance.
• Conduct regular briefings to ensure product knowledge and service updates.
• Foster a positive work environment and maintain team discipline.

4. Customer Service

• Ensure excellent guest experience through prompt and courteous service.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain regular interaction with guests to gather feedback.

5. Compliance & Safety

• Ensure compliance with FSSAI, hygiene, and safety regulations.
• Conduct periodic audits of cleanliness, equipment, and staff hygiene.
• Maintain accurate records and reports as per company policy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
