Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Working in SAP Module (Material Management) & ERP (Stores Management System)

Preparation of Goods Receipt Note (GRN) in SAP.
Day wise Issue Postings, Return postings, Transfer postings (Site to Site Transfer) in SAP.
Goods issues and posting of the Reservations in SAP.
Coordination with Purchase & accounts for timely clearance of vendor bill
Supplier Invoices verification with Purchase Order.
Supplier documents verification like Invoice, LR Copy, Packing list, E Waybill & MDCC.
Material Storage as per specification.
Proper Material Tag and identification maintain in Store.
Daily Register maintain of all incoming & Outgoing materials.
Coordinate with the suppliers for the delivery of the materials according to BOM.
Stock reconciliation of site materials against issue to Sub-Contractor.
Sub-Contractor Store visit & Material Physical stock verification.
Maintaining record of Issue for free issue and chargeable issue of a Sub-Contractor.
Coordination with Purchase, planning, production and Finance depts for materials and documents.

•Processing of stores relevant documents like GR completion with in time and Ensure dispatches as per time schedule.
