Day wise Issue Postings, Return postings, Transfer postings (Site to Site Transfer) in SAP. Goods issues and posting of the Reservations in SAP. Coordination with Purchase & accounts for timely clearance of vendor bill Supplier Invoices verification with Purchase Order. Supplier documents verification like Invoice, LR Copy, Packing list, E Waybill & MDCC. Material Storage as per specification. Proper Material Tag and identification maintain in Store. Daily Register maintain of all incoming & Outgoing materials. Coordinate with the suppliers for the delivery of the materials according to BOM. Role & responsibilities Execution activities of substation projects including erection, installation, testing, and commissioning of high voltage equipment such as transformers, circuit breakers, isolators and protection systems. Plan, schedule, and coordinate site resources, manpower, and subcontractors to achieve project milestones and deadlines. Ensure compliance with electrical standards, safety norms, and quality procedures throughout the substation execution. Supervise civil works related to substation foundation, cable trenches, control rooms, and fencing. Role & responsibilities Single point of contact with off-takers / customers / internal management to communicate the projects engineering, procurement, execution, legal compliance, and statutory approval plans/status. Address and resolve all project-associated concerns – whether arising internally or externally. Work with the engineering team to conduct site investigation and assess the technical feasibility of developing a specific SOLAR and WIND project. Further, coordinate with the engineering and construction team over the course of project construction to oversee timely preparation/ submission/ approval of the engineering drawings. Ensure registration of the local land development / petty vendors, the release of PO/ WO to them, and process due payments. Identify the sources of likely local problems and proactively take preventive measures to avoid any potential project risks and determine response actions to mitigate any negative impact. Share the Daily Progress Report, Procurement Tracker, Engineering Tracker, Cashflows, and L1 schedules – internally and with the customer. Ensure that all the pre-commissioning checks and tests are carried out prior to project commissioning for SOLAR and WIND as per HFE policy like -PSS/GSS -400/220/132/110/33 KV, SCADA and Transmission lines. Update the punch-point list and PR test sheet on a regular basis and ensure the timely handover of the project to the HFE Asset Management department and obtain the Commissioning Certificate.

Create Solar energy project plans, including project scope, goals, tasks, resources, schedules, costs, contingencies, or other project information such as to develop and maintain project timelines, identify critical path and key milestones for projects success.
