Store Keeper

As a Warehouse Supervisor, your primary role is to ensure the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and Finished Goods area to meet audit standards. Your responsibilities include: - Maintaining a clean and presentable Warehouse and Finished Goods area - Following Good Documentation practices and safety instructions - Receiving Raw materials and Packing materials, and preparing Goods receipt Note (GRN) - Recording Temperature, Relative Humidity, and Differential Pressure in stores and Finished Goods area - Arranging Raw material and Packing material in stores based on status and labeling properly - Dispensing and issuing Raw materials and Packing materials to production and Packing department - Filling entries in Raw material and packaging material log books - Performing Calibration and Verification of Weighing balances - Ensuring compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) in the warehouse - Handling manpower in the warehouse department - Conducting physical verification of stocks as per Standard Operating Procedure - Following up with Quality control department for timely sampling and release of materials - Preparing Standard Operating Procedures related to the warehouse department - Handling Change control and Deviations - Preparing list and dispatch plan for dispensing of Raw material - Identifying materials due for Retesting and informing respective departments - Managing Damaged, Rejected, and Expired materials - Following SOP and documentation in Raw material, Packing material, and Finished Goods store - Collaborating with purchase and commercial department for disposal of non-moving, obsolete, and rejected materials - Receiving, storing, and issuing materials, maintaining inventory and stock records - Implementing Procurement & Material Management policies and processes - Inspecting incoming materials, comparing information, inspecting for damages, and reconciling with purchase orders - Delivering materials, supplies, and equipment to user sections - Inspecting stock items for discrepancies or defects and reporting to management - Ensuring proper labeling and inspection of all equipment/items - Issuing items through FIFO system or store issue requisition - Updating stock details on a daily basis - Maintaining cleanliness of receiving, storage, packing, and dispatching areas - Stock Keeping - Material Planning for stocks and orders - Inwards check, testing, and labeling of materials - Maintenance of area, racks, housekeeping, temperature, and machinery - Record keeping for Tools - Maintaining MRN Material Return note and returned rejection record of packaging material - Ensuring cleanliness of Raw material, Packaging Material, Semi-finished store, Finished Store area Please note that this is a Full-time, Permanent position with benefits including Cell phone reimbursement.
