Job Description

Job Summary:

Responsible for maintaining the store, managing inventory, ensuring proper documentation, and supporting smooth material flow to meet operational needs and Reconciliation of Stock.

Responsibilities:

Receive, verify, and record incoming materials, supplies, and equipment.
Issue materials as per requisitions and maintain accurate stock levels.
Perform daily stock counting, maintain inventory records, and update the system.
Organize and maintain the store area for easy identification and safety.
Monitor stock levels and raise purchase requests when items are low.
Ensure proper documentation (GRN, Issue Slip, Return Slip, etc.).
Coordinate with purchase, accounts, and production teams for smooth operations.
Check material quality and quantity during receiving.
Prevent damage, theft, and ensure proper storage practices.
Prepare monthly stock reports and assist in audits.

Requirements:

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in store/inventory management.
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, ERP or inventory software).
Good organizational and communication skills.
Ability to handle physical work and maintain accuracy.

Excel Knowledge Preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
