Job Description

Job Title: Store Keeper

Qualification

Job Responsibilities

Manage receipt, storage, and issuing of electronic components and materials.
Maintain accurate stock records and update ERP/IMS.
Conduct stock audits and ensure FIFO/FEFO.
Coordinate with production, purchase, and logistics teams.
Maintain proper labeling, documentation, and store cleanliness.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchase department for replenishment.
Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with organizational standards.
Track and record movement of goods, ensuring FIFO/FEFO practices.
Prepare GRN (Goods Receipt Note), stock issue slips, and other documentation.

Requirements

Graduate/Diploma with 4+ years of experience in electronic manufacturing stores.
Knowledge of electronic components and inventory management.
Experience in ERP systems and MS Excel
Good communication and organizational skills
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Tally, or similar).
