Store Keeper

Location: Lulung Aranya Nivas - Simlipal, odisha

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹20,000 per month (CTC)

Experience Requirement:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience as a Store Keeper.

• Must have complete knowledge of store software / Inventory Management System (IMS).

Job Responsibilities:

1. Inventory & Stock Management:

• Maintain accurate records of stock levels, including receipts, issues, and balance.

• Regularly update stock in the store software and ensure reconciliation with physical stock.

• Monitor stock movement and generate daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.

• Ensure par stock levels are maintained and initiate timely purchase requisitions.

2. Store Operations:

• Responsible for receiving, inspecting, and properly storing all incoming goods.

• Ensure correct issuance of materials to various departments as per requirements.

• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of the store.

3. Software & Documentation:

• Operate and maintain records in the store/inventory software with accuracy.

• Prepare purchase requisitions, GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), issue slips, and other store documentation.

• Generate department-wise consumption reports and closing stock statements.

4. Compliance & Audit:

• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, etc.).

• Facilitate internal and external audits by maintaining proper documentation and records.

5. Team Coordination:

• Coordinate with purchase, accounts, and operations teams for smooth flow of materials.

• Supervise and guide store helpers / assistants if any.

• Report shortages, damages, and discrepancies promptly to management.

May have to get involved in purchases also

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of store procedures and documentation.

• Proficiency in store software / IMS and MS Office tools.

• Excellent organizational, record-keeping, and communication skills.

• High level of integrity, discipline, and accountability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
