Store Keeper

The Store Keeper position in our company falls under the Logistics/Inventory/Warehouse department. As a Store Keeper, you will report to the Inventory Manager, Operations Manager, or Warehouse Supervisor, and play a crucial role in handling the inventory of materials, supplies, and equipment. Your primary responsibilities will include receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing, and managing inventory items in the store or warehouse. It is essential to maintain accurate records of all stock movements, ensure proper organization and storage of items for easy access, and facilitate the smooth operations of the company. Key Responsibilities: - Receive and inspect incoming goods to uphold quality and quantity standards. - Maintain precise records of stock movements through inventory management systems or manual logs. - Organize and store items in designated areas to ensure efficient tracking and access. - Issue materials and products to various departments or production units based on requests. - Conduct regular stock counts, reconcile discrepancies, and report low stock levels to management. - Monitor inventory levels closely and maintain proper labeling, handling, and safety practices. - Uphold cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards in the store area. - Collaborate with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries. - Manage documentation such as receipts, dispatch notes, and inventory logs accurately.
