Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management

Maintain proper records of incoming and outgoing materials.
Monitor stock levels and ensure adequate inventory without overstocking.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.

Material Handling & Storage

Ensure proper storage of materials to prevent damage, deterioration, or theft.
Implement FIFO (First-In-First-Out) or LIFO (Last-In-First-Out) as per company policy.
Organize materials for easy accessibility and identification.

Coordination & Communication

Coordinate with site engineers and procurement team for material requirements.
Follow up with suppliers/vendors for timely material deliveries.
Report stock status and material shortages to the Project Manager.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), issue slips, purchase records, and delivery challans.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
Ensure compliance with audit requirements and company policies.

Compliance & Safety

Follow safety standards and housekeeping practices in the store area.
Ensure security of stored materials.
Comply with statutory regulations and internal controls.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
