Job Title: Store Incharge/ Store Executive- EPC ( Transmission, Substation , Railways) Location: PAN India (Project-Based) Experience: 3 to 16 Years Notice Period : Max 30 days (Preferred 15 Days) Industry: EPC / Power Transmission & Distribution / Substation / Railways / Infrastructure Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Store Incharge to manage and oversee material handling, inventory control, and store operations at project sites across India. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in EPC projects related to Transmission Lines, Substations, or Railway Electrification , ensuring smooth material flow to meet project timelines and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage the receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance of project materials, tools, and equipment. Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.). Coordinate with procurement, planning, and site execution teams for timely material availability. Ensure proper documentation of GRN, MRN, Issue Slips, and stock registers. Periodically conduct physical verification of stock and reconcile discrepancies. Monitor material handling, storage conditions, and safety procedures at the store. Maintain minimum stock levels for critical items and raise timely requisitions. Coordinate with logistics for timely dispatch and receipt of materials across project sites. Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory norms related to stores and inventory. Implement best practices in warehouse management and 5S. Qualifications & Skills: Diploma / B.Tech / Graduate in any discipline (Engineering background preferred). 3-16 years of relevant experience in EPC (Transmission, Substation, Railways) projects. Strong knowledge of material handling, inventory control, and documentation. Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel. Perks and benefits: Accommodation
