Position Name : Warehouse and Dispatch incharge

Location : Near D-Mart, Bhakrota Jaipur

Qualification :

5+ Years of experience in warehouse management and dispatch activities

Candidate should have knowledge of warehouse and dispatch activities

Role and Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Warehouse Management

• Receive, verify, and store materials (solar panels, wires, inverters, accessories, etc.).
• Maintain accurate stock records in the inventory system (inward/outward entries).
• Ensure proper stacking, labelling, and arrangement of all materials for easy identification.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchase/sales team for replenishment.
• Conduct regular stock audits (daily/weekly/monthly) to prevent shortages or mismatches.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety standards, and material handling practices.

2. Dispatch Management

• Prepare dispatch orders as per sales team instructions and customer requirements.
• Cross-check material quantity and specifications before loading.
• Coordinate with transporters for timely vehicle arrangements and dispatch.
• Ensure proper packing, loading, and documentation (invoice, e-way bill, delivery challan).
• Track dispatch status and update sales/management until delivery completion.

3. Team & Process Management

• Supervise warehouse helpers/loaders to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain equipment like pallet jacks, forklifts (if available) in working condition.
• Implement FIFO/FEFO methods for proper material rotation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety rules, and EHS guidelines.

4. Reporting

• Prepare daily stock reports, dispatch reports, and inward/outward summaries.
• Report any stock damage, shortages, or irregularities immediately to management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
