Job Description

Job Role & Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day pharmacy store operations and team performance
Dispense prescribed and OTC medicines with accuracy and legal compliance
Supervise staff schedules, task allocation, and customer service delivery
Review prescriptions, counsel customers on medicine usage, dosage, and precautions
Manage inventory: inward/outward entries, stock audits, expiry checks, and reordering
Maintain statutory records such as Schedule H/H1 register and daily sales/cash reports
Operate billing software (POS), maintain hygiene, and ensure SOP compliance
Coordinate with area managers and assist in reporting and store documentation

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Pharmacist:
D.Pharm / B.Pharm with valid PCI registration is mandatory

Store Incharge:
