STORE INCHARGE MECHANICAL

nventory & Stock Management

• Maintain accurate records of stock receipts, issues, and balances
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and identification of materials
• Monitor stock levels and raise requisitions to avoid shortages or overstocking
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation

Material Receiving & Issuing

• Verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery challans
• Inspect materials for quantity and quality in coordination with QC
• Issue materials as per authorized requisitions and production schedules

Store Operations & Organization

• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-arranged
• Implement FIFO / FEFO practices where applicable
• Ensure safe handling and storage of materials

Documentation & Record Keeping

• Maintain store registers, bin cards, and inventory software records
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports
• Ensure proper filing of GRNs, issue slips, and return notes

Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with purchase, production, quality, and finance departments
• Inform management about slow-moving, obsolete, or damaged stock

Compliance & Safety

• Follow company policies and audit requirements
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and housekeeping standards
• Prevent loss, damage, theft, or misuse of materials

Team Supervision

• Supervise store assistants and helpers
• Assign duties and ensure discipline

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
