Store InCharge / Manager

You will be responsible for managing daily operations, taking charge of the store, and ensuring top-tier sales and customer satisfaction in a dry fruits retail store. Your key responsibilities will include: - Hiring, training, scheduling, and mentoring staff; motivating the team during peak hours - Maintaining stock levels, ordering replenishments, minimizing shrinkage, and ensuring product freshness - Managing budgets, analyzing sales data, meeting monthly sales targets, and preparing performance reports - Delivering exceptional customer service; resolving complaints personally and maintaining quality standards - Overseeing all store operations: opening/closing, cash handling, inventory stocking, and visual merchandising - Planning and executing promotions, in-store displays, and loyalty initiatives - Ensuring compliance with food safety, HALSA, and company policies To be successful in this role, you should have: - Minimum 3+ years of experience in retail management; experience in food or dry fruits retail is a strong plus - Proven track record in meeting targets and managing store profitability - Strong leadership, team-building, and staff-management skills - Customer-centric approach with excellent interpersonal & communication abilities - Good analytical and financial acumen: budgeting, POS or inventory system familiarity - Ability to multi-task and work flexible hours (including weekends and festivals) Educational Qualifications: - Diploma or Bachelor's in Business, Retail Management, or a related field preferred - Additional certifications in retail, food safety, or supply chain management will be an advantage If you are interested in this opportunity, please send your updated resume to mdjinitha@gmail.com.
