About the Role:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store Incharge to oversee the day-to-day operations of our store/warehouse. The ideal candidate will be accountable for inventory management, stock control, and smooth functioning of all store-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily store operations.
• Maintain accurate records of stock levels, receipts, issues, and returns.
• Ensure proper storage, security, and handling of materials.
• Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts.
• Coordinate with purchase and accounts departments regarding stock requirements.
• Monitor material inward and outward movements with proper documentation.
• Prevent stock shortages and excess by ensuring optimal inventory levels.
• Manage store staff, allocate tasks, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods.
• Generate MIS reports related to stock and inventory.

Key Requirements:

• Graduate/Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• Proven experience as Store Incharge/Store Supervisor (3+ years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and storekeeping practices.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software/ERP.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
