Job Description

As a Store Incharge at Ralamandal Indore, you will play a crucial role in managing all store operations within a food processing environment. Your key responsibilities will include: - Overseeing and managing the storage of raw materials, finished goods, packaging materials, and spare parts. - Ensuring strict adherence to quality checks in coordination with the QA/QC team. - Accurately maintaining stock levels using inventory management software such as ERP, Tally, or SAP. - Issuing and verifying Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) for all incoming materials. - Implementing FIFO and FEFO systems to maintain freshness and minimize waste. - Conducting periodic stock audits to reconcile physical vs. system inventory. - Ensuring hygienic storage conditions and compliance with food safety standards. - Coordinating with procurement, production, and quality teams for timely availability of materials. Qualifications required for this role include: - Preferred Graduate/Diploma in Supply Chain, Food Technology, or related field. - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in stores/inventory management in a food processing unit. - Proficiency in inventory management systems such as ERP, Tally, SAP. - Familiarity with food-grade material handling and packaging norms. - Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. Your work location will be in person.,
