Maintain accurate stock levels across all products.

Ensure proper receiving, storage, and issuing of materials.

Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock audits.

Prevent stock losses, damages, expiry, or pilferage.

Update inventory records in ERP/software regularly.

2.⁠ ⁠Warehouse Operations

Plan and organize warehouse layout for efficient movement.

Oversee loading, unloading, sorting, labeling, and stacking.

Ensure FIFO / FEFO methods are followed.

Monitor packing quality and dispatch accuracy.

3.⁠ ⁠Documentation & Reporting

Maintain GRN (Goods Received Note), GIN (Goods Issue Note), and Delivery Challans.

Track inward, outward, and return stock with 100% documentation.

Prepare daily stock reports, shortages, and slow-moving item reports.

Coordinate with accounts for stock-related reconciliation.

4.⁠ ⁠Vendor & Internal Coordination

Communicate with suppliers for delivery schedules and stock discrepancies.

Work closely with purchase, sales, and logistics teams.

Support sales team with timely dispatch and product availability updates.

5.⁠ ⁠Team Management

Supervise storekeepers, helpers, loaders, and drivers.

Allocate daily tasks and monitor performance.

Train team members on SOPs, safety, and stock handling.

6.⁠ ⁠Compliance & Safety

Ensure warehouse meets safety standards and cleanliness.

Maintain fire safety equipment and follow health & safety norms.

Ensure all items are stored properly to avoid damage or hazard.

7.⁠ ⁠Cost Control

Reduce wastage, damages, and unnecessary movement.

Improve efficiency in storage and manpower utilization.

Monitor and control logistics and warehouse expenses.

8.⁠ ⁠Process Improvement

Implement better inventory systems and workflows.

Suggest improvements for faster operations and reduced errors.

Ensure compliance with company SOPs and audit requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
