Job Description

Key Responsibilities:-

Receive, verify, and record all incoming materials, tools, and equipment.
Issue materials to various departments based on approved requisitions.
Maintain accurate stock levels and update inventory records in real time.
Conduct regular stock counts and assist with periodic physical inventory audits.
Monitor and report slow-moving, damaged, or expired materials.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and arrangement of all items as per SOPs.
Prepare documentation such as GRN, Issue Slips, Return Notes, and stock reports.
Coordinate with procurement, finance, and production teams for inventory accuracy.
Maintain cleanliness, safety standards, and proper handling procedures in the store.
Implement FIFO/FEFO practices and support process improvements in warehouse operations.

Skills & QualificationsEducational Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, or related field.

Experience

3–9 years of experience in storekeeping, warehouse operations, or inventory control.

Key Skills

Strong understanding of inventory management principles.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel.
Attention to detail and high accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
