Store In-charge

You will be responsible for managing store operations across multiple sites, including maintaining records, registers, and computer inventory data. Your role will involve handling the receipt, issue, and storage of materials efficiently. Additionally, you will supervise the store team and coordinate with site/project teams to ensure smooth operations. Your primary focus will be on inventory management, which includes maintaining accurate records of all materials, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring optimal inventory levels. You will also be responsible for material handling by receiving, storing, and issuing materials according to established procedures and safety guidelines. In terms of procurement, you will need to coordinate with vendors for material deliveries, ensuring timely receipt and inspection of materials. Record keeping is crucial, and you will be required to maintain accurate records of all material transactions, including receipts, issues, and stock levels. Compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines for material handling and storage is essential. You will need to ensure that all procedures are followed to maintain a safe working environment. Moreover, preparing regular reports on stock levels, material usage, and other relevant information will be part of your responsibilities. This is a full-time position that may require you to work in person. Additionally, there may be a shift allowance provided based on the nature of the work.
