Job Description

Oversee the daily operations of the store to ensure smooth functioning.
Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and display standards.
Ensure opening and closing procedures are followed properly.
Monitor stock levels, replenishment, and shelf arrangement.
Manage incoming and outgoing stock — receiving, checking, and recording goods.
Support sales team to achieve sales targets.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor staff performance and provide feedback or disciplinary action when needed.
Conduct regular briefings and updates on store goals or new policies.
Oversee billing and cash handling at counters.
Verify daily cash collections, card payments, and prepare bank deposits.
Ensure accurate cash reconciliation and report discrepancies immediately.
Implement measures to minimize theft, damage, and wastage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
