Store In-charge

The Store Incharge will be responsible for managing all store and inventory activities within the electronics manufacturing unit. This includes maintaining stock accuracy, monitoring material flow, coordinating with the purchase and production departments, and ensuring proper documentation and dispatch of goods. The role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience handling electronic components and materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day store operations for raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished products.
• Maintain accurate stock records and update ERP/software entries regularly.
• Ensure proper labeling, binning, and safe storage of all electronic components and materials.
• Receive materials as per purchase orders and verify quantity and quality against GRN (Goods Receipt Note).
• Issue materials to production as per Material Requisition Slips (MRS).
• Monitor and control minimum and maximum stock levels.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile with system records.
• Coordinate with the Purchase department for timely material replenishment.
• Coordinate with QC and Production teams for inspection and acceptance of materials.
• Manage dispatch of finished goods, prepare packing lists, and coordinate with logistics.
• Maintain records for inward/outward material, returns, and scrap disposal.
• Implement 5S and safety practices within the store area.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly stock and consumption reports.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
