Role Overview As a Store Head at RELT-RealtyPanvel, your role involves overseeing the inventory and shipping operations of the Precast factory. You will be responsible for managing warehouse activities, coordinating dispatch of finished precast products, and ensuring timely delivery along with accurate record-keeping. Key Responsibilities - Manage warehouse/store operations including receiving, storage, and material issuing. - Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts and stock audits. - Coordinate with procurement to maintain optimal stock levels. - Oversee the dispatch of precast elements to ensure timely and compliant shipments. - Verify documentation accuracy and liaise with logistics providers. - Supervise store and dispatch staff to ensure task efficiency and safety. - Implement improvements in inventory and dispatch procedures to enhance accuracy. Qualification Required - Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree. - Minimum 10 years of experience in inventory/logistics management in a plant/factory setting.
