Job Description: As the Store Head at RELT-RealtyPanvel, your role is pivotal in overseeing the inventory and shipping operations at the Precast factory. You will be responsible for directing warehouse activities, managing the dispatch of finished precast products, and ensuring timely delivery with accurate records. Your key responsibilities will include managing warehouse/store operations, overseeing receiving, storage, and material issuing processes. You will be tasked with maintaining precise inventory records through cycle counts and stock audits, as well as coordinating with procurement to optimize stock levels. Additionally, you will supervise the dispatch of precast elements, ensuring timely and compliant shipments, while also verifying documentation accuracy and liaising with logistics providers. In this position, you will lead and manage store and dispatch staff, ensuring task efficiency and safety standards are met. Furthermore, you will be expected to enhance inventory and dispatch procedures to improve overall accuracy and operational effectiveness. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience in inventory and logistics management within a plant or factory setting. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and detail-oriented skills, along with proficiency in numerical analysis and coordination.
