Job Role Summary Store Executive

The Executive is responsible for managing the complete store and material operations, ensuring smooth receipt, storage, issuance, and documentation of materials in coordination with various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Material Receiving:

   Receive all incoming materials via transport, courier, or hand delivery; verify materials against invoices, GRs, and purchase orders; report shortages or damages.

2. Material Record & MRN Preparation:

   Check invoices/challans with purchase orders, update ERP (Gate Inward Module), and prepare Material Receipt Notes (MRN). Coordinate with purchase and PPC for order release or amendments.

3. Inventory Management:

   Maintain proper material storage, assist store staff, and ensure accurate physical and ERP-based inventory records. Conduct periodic stock verification.

4. Issuance of Material:

   Record issue slips (manual/ERP) for A, B & C class items, and provide materials as per production or sales order requirements.

5. Documentation & Compliance:

   File invoices, GST (Cenvat) documents, stock transfer papers, and EWAY bills as per government and company rules.

6. Stock Transfer & Job Work:

   Manage stock transfers between units (e.g., Manesar), prepare and track NRGP/job work challans, and follow up with vendors for pending materials.

7. Physical Verification & Audit:

   Conduct physical verification of stock twice a year and assist internal/external auditors during audits.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum

  4-8 years

  of experience in handling full store operations.
• Proficiency in

  SAP Business One (SAP B1)

  mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of material management, inventory control, and ERP documentation.
  
• Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
