Job description:
Job Summary:
The Store Executive is responsible for the efficient management of day-to-day store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Maintain inventory levels by ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise.
Monitor product displays and ensure shelves are clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Handle billing, cash, and card transactions accurately.
Keep records of sales, returns, and inventory movements.
Support promotional activities and in-store marketing campaigns.
Ensure the store is clean, safe, and presentable at all times.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for stock replenishment.
Report daily sales and operational issues to the Store Manager.
Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
Train and supervise junior staff (if applicable).
Key Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service orientation
Basic knowledge of inventory management
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred (any discipline)
5-8 years of experience in retail/store operations
Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
