Store Executive

Job Title: Store Executive  Company Name: Udamandi Services Private Limited  Location: Maharashtra(Jalna)  Department: Stores / Inventory Management  Employment Type: Full-Time  Job Summary:  The Store Executive will be responsible for the effective management of all materials, tools, and  equipment related to solar projects. The role involves handling inventory operations, ensuring  proper documentation, timely material distribution, and coordination with procurement and project  teams to maintain smooth workflow at project sites.  Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of material receipts and issues.- Inspect and verify the quality and quantity of received materials.- Issue materials as per project requirements and maintain usage logs.- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.- Coordinate with the purchase and project departments for material planning.- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and safety of all inventory items.- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.- Supervise loading/unloading, returns, and scrap material management.- Maintain cleanliness and systematic organization of the store.  Required Qualifications and Skills:- Education: Minimum Graduate (preferably in Commerce, Electrical, or related field). Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in store or inventory management. Skills:  • Strong knowledge of store management and inventory control systems.  • Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory software.  • Excellent record-keeping and documentation abilities.  • Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.  Salary & Benefits:- Salary: 30,000 – 40,000 per month (based on experience) Other Benefits:  • Free accommodation provided by the company  • TA / DA as per company norms  Reporting To: Project Manager / Store In-Charge Pankaj 9205922263
