Store Executive (Tally)

Job Title: Store Executive (Male)
Shift Timing: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (12 hours)
Experience Required: 3 to 5 years in Store / Inventory Management

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Store Executive (Male) who will be responsible for handling store operations, material management, stock monitoring, inward/outward records and Tally entries. Candidate must have good knowledge of inventory control, documentation and system updates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day store activities and maintain proper stock levels
• Handle inward & outward material movement and maintain proper documentation
• Update stock data in Tally and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate with production, purchase, dispatch and accounts departments
• Perform periodic stock audit and reconcile physical stock with system
• Ensure proper material storage, identification and labeling
• Prepare GRN/MRN, issue slips, material request notes, etc.
• Maintain FIFO, material tracking & inventory accuracy

Requirements:

• 3–5 years experience in store management (manufacturing / industrial preferred)
• Proficiency in Tally and basic computer operations
• Good knowledge of inventory management process
• Strong organizational skills & attention to detail
• Immediate joiner preferred

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
