Store Executive

As a Store Executive at our store located in Tidong, Himachal Pradesh, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers, maintaining inventory levels, supervising staff, and contributing to achieving sales goals. Your enthusiasm, organization skills, and commitment to delivering exceptional service will be key in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist customers, providing top-notch in-store service. - Maintain optimal stock levels through regular inventory checks and coordination with warehouse/suppliers. - Organize and upkeep store displays and product arrangements. - Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and complies with company merchandising standards. - Process transactions accurately using the POS system. - Support promotional campaigns and identify upselling opportunities. - Monitor product expiry dates and promptly report damaged or missing goods. - Prepare daily sales reports and assist with stock audits. - Uphold health, safety, and security standards in the store. - Assist in staff training and supervision as needed. Qualifications & Skills: - High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred). - 1-3 years of experience in retail or store operations. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. - Customer-centric approach with problem-solving skills. - Basic knowledge of inventory systems and point-of-sale (POS) software. - Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and different shifts.
