Store Executive

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Store Executive to manage daily retail operations, ensure smooth customer experience, maintain stock integrity, and support overall store performance. The ideal candidate is organized, responsible, and customer-centric, with strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Key ResponsibilitiesStore Operations

• Manage day-to-day store activities to ensure smooth functioning.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly store environment.
• Handle opening and closing procedures of the store.

Inventory & Stock Management

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment.
• Receive, verify, and record incoming stock.
• Conduct regular inventory checks to avoid discrepancies.
• Ensure proper product display and merchandising.

Sales & Customer Service

• Greet customers and provide product guidance.
• Assist customers in selecting products based on their needs.
• Handle billing and manage POS systems.
• Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when necessary.

Reporting & Coordination

• Maintain daily sales reports and stock movement logs.
• Coordinate with warehouse, management, and other teams for smooth operations.
• Support promotional activities and in-store branding requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in retail/store operations (preferably in apparel, accessories, or lifestyle brands).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, billing/POS systems).
• Good understanding of inventory and store management.
• Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to multitask and handle store independently when required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in sports, outdoor, or motorcycle gear retail is a plus.
• Ability to manage visual merchandising and store layout improvements.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
