Inventory Management
Material Handling & Storage
Ensure proper storage of raw materials, consumables, spares, and finished goods.
Follow FIFO/FEFO methods for material issuing.
Maintain clean and organized storage areas.
Goods Receipt & Issue
Check and verify materials received against purchase orders.
Prepare GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and update ERP/system.
Issue materials to production as per approved requisitions.
Coordinate with production and purchase teams for material planning.
Documentation & ERP Work
Update all inventory transactions in ERP/software.
Maintain delivery challans, invoices, stock registers, and other store documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements.
Coordination & Communication
Coordinate with purchase, accounts, and production teams for smooth operations.
Follow-up with suppliers for pending deliveries.
Assist in monthly closing of store data.
Safety & Compliance
Maintain safety standards in the store area.
Ensure proper labeling and identification of materials.
Follow company SOPs and statutory compliance norms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
