Job Description

Assist customers by providing product information, handling queries, and ensuring a great shopping experience.
Manage day-to-day store operations including opening, closing, cleanliness, and visual merchandising.
Maintain stock levels, track inventory, and coordinate with the warehouse for replenishments.
Handle billing, cash management, POS operations, and daily sales reconciliation.
Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.
Ensure product display as per brand guidelines and maintain store hygiene.
Coordinate with store managers and team members for smooth functioning.
Manage customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
Support in promotional activities, new product launches, and in-store marketing.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, stock, and store performance.
