Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock availability. Supervise daily store activities to ensure smooth operations. Receive, inspect, and shelve incoming stock. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally. Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Support in monthly/quarterly stock audits. Coordinate with suppliers and logistics for timely deliveries. Assist in sales and promotional activities as required. Generate daily/weekly sales and inventory reports. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 13/05/2025
