Brand (Miniso) Store Executive Job Description: Sales and customer service: Assist customers, provide product information, handle inquiries, and resolve issues to ensure high customer satisfaction. Daily operations: Supervise day-to-day store activities, open and close the store, manage cash registers, and maintain store cleanliness and safety standards. Reporting and administration: Track incoming and outgoing merchandise, complete receiving logs, and prepare daily, weekly, or monthly reports. Collect and submit invoices and other documents to the accounts department. Staff management: Supervise and train store staff, and coordinate with other departments or functions as needed. Compliance: Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures, and maintain standards like ISO and 5S in the store areas. Essential skills and qualifications Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. Good decision-making and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused attitude with a strong emphasis on service. Proficiency with inventory management software and other relevant systems.
