Position:

Experience:

Store Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and store incoming electronic components & materials
Maintain accurate stock records and update ERP systems regularly
Issue materials to production as per requisitions and maintain transaction logs
Monitor stock levels, plan reorders, and coordinate with purchase & production teams
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of active & passive electronic components, PCBs, and assemblies
Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile inventory
Prepare and submit inventory reports, including cost and usage analysis
Adhere to companys inventory management policies and safety procedures

Desired Profile:

Graduate /Diploma/Engineering in
ECE / EEE / EIE
25 years of experience in
stores/inventory management
in electronics or manufacturing industry
Knowledge of
electronic circuits, PCBs, and components
preferred
Proficiency in MS Office & ERP software
Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
Good communication and coordination skills
