Job Description

Hello,

We have urgent job opening for Store Executive role at Chakan role.

STORE EXECUTIVE

Roles :-

Identification and traceability of every item
Checking the material being Inward as per PO
Creating Goods Receipt Note (GRN) in SAP
Issuing material to Production dept. as per Material requisition
Regular checking and maintaining stock
Raising Purchase Requisition to Purchase dept. for stock
Material binning or sorting as per the floor space
Ensuring transportation arrangements
Coordinate with Quality dept.
Making arrangements for Returning material for rework on Challan if any
Coordination with Project dept. in the Dispatch process
Regular reporting

Responsibilities :-

Matching of physical stock with SAP data
Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom
Maintain minimum, maximum stock
Identifying and high-lighting Non-moving items
Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, and labelling supplies
Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping
Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control
Ensure efficient stock management
Coordinate with all departments
