Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Store Executive to manage inventory and store operations efficiently. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Tally ERP, MS Office, and general computer operations. A B.Com degree is required, along with strong numerical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update inventory records using Tally ERP or other inventory management software.
Handle inward and outward stock entries, including physical verification and system updates.
Ensure accurate documentation of goods received and dispatched (GRN, DC, invoices, etc.).
Coordinate with procurement, accounts, and production teams for inventory needs and reporting.
Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical stock with system data.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and stacking of materials as per company guidelines.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
Maintain FIFO/LIFO practices where applicable.
Assist with dispatch planning and logistics coordination.
Comply with company policies, safety procedures, and housekeeping standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Education: B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce) – mandatory.
Software: Proficient in Tally ERP and MS Office (Excel, Word)..
Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work in a team environment.

Work Environment:

Full-time, on-site role.(SITAPURA LOCATION)
May require physical movement within warehouse/store area.
Standard working hours [Insert Shift Timing], with occasional overtime during peak periods.
