Store Executive (2-4 years, Car Parking System)

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing inventory, material handling, and documentation for car parking system projects. Ensures stock accuracy, timely material availability, and coordination between purchase, production, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and issue materials as per project or production requirements.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/Tally and conduct regular stock audits.
• Prepare GRN, issue slips, and material movement reports.
• Coordinate with purchase, logistics, and project teams for material dispatch and tracking.
• Ensure safe storage, labeling, and compliance with company SOPs and safety norms.

Skills & Competencies:

• Knowledge of mechanical/electrical components in automation or parking systems.
• Experience with inventory software (ERP/Tally).
• Strong record-keeping, coordination, and Excel skills.

Qualification & Experience:

• Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Commerce
• 2–5 years of experience in stores or inventory management (engineering/car parking industry preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
