Job Description

You will be a part of our Trivandrum Experience Centre as a Store & E-commerce Co-ordinator. Your responsibilities will include managing store operations, assisting customers, supporting online orders, and coordinating with artisans. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about Indian crafts, retail, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Your key responsibilities will be: - Managing store inventory & displays - Supporting ecommerce uploads & order fulfillment - Coordinating with artisans and vendors - Delivering excellent in-store customer experience To be a successful candidate, you should have: - 01 year of experience in retail or ecommerce (Freshers are also welcome) - Strong people skills and a genuine interest in handmade crafts - Fluency in English & Malayalam Bonus points if you have: - Familiarity with ecommerce tools & marketplaces - Interest in art, fashion, or sourcing - Background as a student or graduate in Art/Fashion If you are someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, values craftsmanship, and is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.,
