Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming raw materials as per purchase orders.
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and material issuance.
Organize and maintain the store layout for efficient storage and retrieval.
Issue raw materials to the production team based on job requirements.
Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.
Coordinate with procurement, production, and accounts departments for material planning and documentation.
Ensure proper storage conditions to avoid material damage and wastage.
Maintain material inward/outward registers and update the Busy system.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and housekeeping standards within the store.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in storekeeping/inventory management in manufacturing setup.
Knowledge of raw materials used in furniture manufacturing (plywood, laminates, paint, etc.).
Familiarity with inventory management software or Busy systems. (Busy Software)
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Word).
Ability to work independently and in coordination with cross-functional teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
