Job Description

 Prepare Internal orders in ERP once receive Purchase order.  Prepare Proforma, Quotation, Sales advice and dispatch scheduling in ERP.  Send online Tender quote from IREPS (Railway) portal  Prepare dispatch documents of Railway and send the same to particular railway region.  Updated pending orders list of Distributors and send the EDC of dispatch items. Work Experience  Prepare DO documents and send the same to factory for dispatch.  Updated tender sheet machine and accessories of Distributors wise.  Arrange inspection call from RITES portal and share inspection report to factory.  Update Payment log daily basis.  Monitoring of emails by checking and sending prompt replies.  Keeping tracks for the payment accordingly doing follow ups in accounts department.
