Store Associate

You will be responsible for completing store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, as well as maintaining store staff through recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. Your role will involve promoting optimum staff performance by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees to ensure a productive work environment. In addition, you will play a key role in achieving financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, and analyzing variances. It will be essential to identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers to understand service needs. You will also ensure the availability of merchandise and services by approving contracts and formulating pricing policies based on merchandising activities, sales promotions, and clearance sales. Marketing merchandise will be a part of your responsibilities, involving studying advertising, sales promotion, and display plans to attract customers. Moreover, part of your duties will be to secure merchandise by implementing security systems and measures to prevent theft and ensure the safety of products. This role requires the ability to adapt to an evening shift schedule and work location on-site.
