Store Associate

As a Store Manager, your role involves completing store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, maintaining store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees, and promoting optimum staff performance through coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees. You will be responsible for achieving financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, and analyzing variances. Additionally, you will identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers to understand service requirements, ensuring availability of merchandise and services by approving contracts, and formulating pricing policies by reviewing merchandising activities, determining additional needed sales promotion, and authorizing clearance sales. You will also be involved in marketing merchandise by studying advertising, sales promotion, and display plans, as well as securing merchandise by implementing security systems and measures.
